Lamb koftas with spicy yoghurt dip

High in muscle-supporting protein (≈33 g per 200 g serving), with balanced energy from moderate fats (~16 g), plus a calcium‑rich, probiotic yoghurt dip for bone and gut health—an all‑round nourishing meal
Ingredients
- 500 g Lamb mince
- 2 tbsp salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
For the yoghurt dip:
- 250 ml double-cream fresh yoghurt
- 1 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp red chilli sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- flatbread to serve
- sale & pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the mince, chopped dill, salt and pepper, smoked paprika, cumin, and coriander. Mix well and shape into koftas. Add wooden skewers and set aside.
- Heat a large griddle pan over high heat. Brush the koftas with olive oil and place in the griddle pan, cooking each side for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- For the spiced yoghurt, combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
- Serve the lamb koftas with flatbread, chopped salad and spiced yoghurt.
