Baked Camembert with Honey and Herbs

Ingredients
- 125 g camembert
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4/5 rosemary or thymesprigs
- 12 slices of toasted bread (French loaf or ciabatta)
Instructions
- Core the top of the Camembert with across-cross pattern.
- Drizzle honey over the top and tuck sprigs of rosemary and thyme into the cheese.
- Place on a lined tray and bake at 180°Cfor 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve immediately
