
AVO AND COTTAGE CHEESE SLICE WITH CHILLI CRISP
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp full cream chunky cottage cheese
- 1 1 slice wholegrain low GI bread
- ½ avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp chilli crunch
Instructions
- Spread the cottage cheese onto the bread. Top with Avo slices and chilli crunch, then serve immediately.
