AVO AND COTTAGE CHEESE SLICE WITH CHILLI CRISP

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp full cream chunky cottage cheese
  • 1 1 slice wholegrain low GI bread
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • 1 tsp chilli crunch 

Instructions
 

  • Spread the cottage cheese onto the bread. Top with Avo slices and chilli crunch, then serve immediately.
