One-bowl bacon Jalapeño poppers

Minute One-Bowl Bacon Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients
  

  • 5 medium jalapeños halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 115 g cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar - grated
  • 2 –3 slices cooked bacon - chopped up nice and small
  • 2 tbsp green onions - chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Pinch salt & pepper

(Optional) Creamy avo dip:

  • 1 ripe avo
  • 2 tbsp Greek Style yogurt or double cream yoghurt
  • juice of ½ lime /lemon
  • salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Mix filling in one bowl: Combine cream cheese, cheddar, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Fill peppers: Spoon mixture directly into each jalapeño half. Air fry at 190°C for 5–7 minutes until bubbly and slightly golden.
  • Can serve with a creamy avo dip: Mash 1 ripe avocado, add the Greek-style yogurt (or double cream yoghurt), juice of ½ lime /lemon and a pinch salt and pepper, mix well.
