Preheat oven: 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking tray or line with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and dried rosemary.
Stir in the Amasi and oil until it forms a sticky dough.
Shape rolls: Using floured hands scoop out portions of dough and shape into small rolls (about golf-ball size). Place them evenly on the prepared tray.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let them cool slightly. Enjoy warm with biltong butter, cheese, or chutney.
Biltong butter: In a bowl, combine softened butter with the biltong shavings. Mix well until evenly distributed.
