Baked Camembert with Honey and Herbs

Ingredients
  

  • 125 g camembert
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4/5 rosemary or thymesprigs
  • 12 slices of toasted bread (French loaf or ciabatta)

Instructions
 

  • Core the top of the Camembert with across-cross pattern.
  • Drizzle honey over the top and tuck sprigs of rosemary and thyme into the cheese.
  • Place on a lined tray and bake at 180°Cfor 15 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Serve immediately
