Pineapple and spinach smoothie

Refreshing and packed with goodness!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full cream maas
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1-2 tsp honey, to taste
  • 40 g baby spinach leaves
  • 200 g frozen pineapple chunks 

Instructions
 

  • Combine the maas and chia seeds in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
     Place the maas in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
