Greek pasta salad

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g Cooked fusilli pasta
  • 1 red pepper Chopped
  • 1 yellow pepper Chopped
  • 1 Cup halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small red onion Chopped
  • 1 cup calamata olives Stones removed and halved
  • 1 cup cubed Feta cheese 
  • 1/3 cup resh basil roughly cut

HomemadeDressing

  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt plus more to taste
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup double-cream yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dressing ingredients together.
  • Assemble the salad ingredients in a dish.
  • Pour over the salad dressing
