Chocolate Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • cup sugar
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1.5 cups plain yoghurt (315 g)
  • 5 tbsp corn starch (55 g)
  • ¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder (20 g)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  • In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk well.
  • Add the plain yoghurt and whisk until smooth. Then add the cornstarch and unsweetened cacao powder.
  • Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Allow to cool and top with fresh berries or honey.
