Chocolate Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ⅓ cup sugar
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
- 1.5 cups plain yoghurt (315 g)
- 5 tbsp corn starch (55 g)
- ¼ cup unsweetened cacao powder (20 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- In a bowl, add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla. Whisk well.
- Add the plain yoghurt and whisk until smooth. Then add the cornstarch and unsweetened cacao powder.
- Pour the batter into a lined loaf pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and top with fresh berries or honey.
