Chocolate and banana milk

Tip: Energize your day with a creamy blend of protein-rich milk, oats,banana, and cocoa—fuel for your body and your soul!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup full cream milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 3 tbsp rolled oats
  • 50 g ripe banana sliced (about ½ banana)
  • 15 ml nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Place all of theingredients in a blender. Blend for a minute until completely smooth. Pour intoa glass and serve.  
    Note:Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey if you prefer your banana milk to be sweeter.
