Chocolate and banana milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup full cream milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 50 g ripe banana sliced (about ½ banana)
- 15 ml nut butter
Instructions
- Place all of theingredients in a blender. Blend for a minute until completely smooth. Pour intoa glass and serve. Note:Add 1-2 teaspoons of honey if you prefer your banana milk to be sweeter.
