Chocolate milk cubes

Keep a tray of cubesin the freezer for when the chocolate cravings hit! This chocolate milk can also be enjoyed warm.
Ingredients
- 90 g cocoa powder
- 120 g brown sugar
- 90 g milk powder
- 180 ml ¾ cup hot water
- 12 cube silicone ice tray
- 200 ml full cream milk
Instructions
- Combine the cocoa, sugar and milk powder in a bowl. Add the water and whisk well to combine. Divide the mixture equally between the cubes and freeze overnight.
- To prepare one serving of chocolate milk, heat 50 ml of milk in a jug until hot. Add one chocolate cube and stir to dissolve. Top up with 150 m chilled milk, pour into a glass and serve immediately.
