Cheesy Stuffed Meatball Cups

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese
  • 12 cubes of Mozzarella
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Freshly chopped parsley
  • 12 pre-made meatballs
  • ¾ cup Marinara sauce
  • 1 roll puff pastry

Instructions
 

  • Press 1 Mozzarella cheese cube into the center of each meatball.
  • Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and fry meatballs until brown.
  • Cut 12 round pieces of puff pastry and align a tray with the pastry.
  • Add Marinara sauce, meatballs, and grated cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
