Cheesy Stuffed Meatball Cups
Ingredients
- ½ cup grated Parmesan & Mozzarella cheese
- 12 cubes of Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp butter
- Freshly chopped parsley
- 12 pre-made meatballs
- ¾ cup Marinara sauce
- 1 roll puff pastry
Instructions
- Press 1 Mozzarella cheese cube into the center of each meatball.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and fry meatballs until brown.
- Cut 12 round pieces of puff pastry and align a tray with the pastry.
- Add Marinara sauce, meatballs, and grated cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
