Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 liter plain double cream yoghurt
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
Instructions
- Whisk the yoghurt, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
- Mix for 5 minutes until fluffy and then freeze for 45 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and give it a good stir. It should have a soft-serve consistency.
- Add optional toppings like frozen berries.
