Homemade Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter plain double cream yoghurt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the yoghurt, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
  • Mix for 5 minutes until fluffy and then freeze for 45 minutes.
  • Remove from the freezer and give it a good stir. It should have a soft-serve consistency.
  • Add optional toppings like frozen berries.
