Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse
	
	
    
- 1 ½ cups smooth medium-fat cottage cheese – room temperature
- 3/4 cup melted milk chocolate
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder – sifted
- ½ cup icing sugar – sifted
- In a medium-sized bowl add the cottage cheese, cocoa, icing sugar and melted chocolate. Using a whisk or a spatula gently mix these ingredients until you get a nice smooth pudding-like consistency. 
- Spoon the mixture into two small cups or bowls and pop them in the fridge for about half an hour to 40 minutes to chill. You can serve them with a small dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa if you like. Enjoy! 
- They can also be left in the fridge overnight.
