Pineapple and spinach smoothie

Refreshing and packed with goodness!
Ingredients
- 1 cup full cream maas
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tsp honey, to taste
- 40 g baby spinach leaves
- 200 g frozen pineapple chunks
Instructions
- Combine the maas and chia seeds in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Place the maas in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Blend until completely smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
