Choose milk, flavoured milk or drinking yoghurt instead of cold drinks
Cheese and yoghurt are healthy snack choices
Top cereal with milk or flavoured milk
A warm glass of milk before bedtime will contribute to a good night’s sleep

Remember that the other food families (vegetables and fruit, starch, meat and meat alternetives, fats and sugars are needed by your body too.
