Handy Tips:

  • Try to choose plain milk than flavoured milk because there are some hidden sugars in flavoured milk (remember that you should eat fats and sugars as little as possible).

  • Yoghurt or maas are also better options than ice cream. You also find some hidden fats in ice cream.
