Message 6: Dairy contains many Nutrients

Nutrient-packed Dairy Products Repair the Body
Dairy products contain essential nutrients. Dairy products can replace foods that are high in energy but low in nutrients while still giving you loads of healthy energy. Research has shown that children and adults who consume dairy products on a daily basis have a better quality nutrient intake. Furthermore, dairy products collectively supply four out of the seven nutrients adults struggle to obtain daily. These nutrients include calcium, potassium, magnesium and vitamin A.
