3-A-DAY™

The Consumer Education Project of Milk SA promotes the consumption of three servings of dairy every day (3-A-DAY™) in order to benefit from dairy's nutrients. Calcium is needed throughout life, from birth to old age. Calcium builds strong bones and teeth and helps to delay the inevitable bone loss as you age. Adequate intake of dietary calcium, as part of a healthy and balanced diet, is essential for bone health and the prevention of osteoporosis. Dairy products are a source of calcium.
